Use and Care

Insert supportive plate

The plate is needed for a firmer support of the foot. But you can wear a bandage without it. Look at your feelings.

Position your foot correctly

Place the product so that the “Arch Align” marker is on the side of the arch of the foot.

Tighten arch support bandage

Wrap the bandage around and stick the hook an loop in the right position to provide desired compression

Washing and drying

Hand or machine wash at temperatures up to 80° F. Natural Drying Only

I made the mistake of skipping the directions and just putting these right on and going about my day. After some pain mid day I thought they didn’t work for me. I decided to go back and look at the package and see if there were directions inside. Of course, I should have read them first. Turns out there are different support levels and things you can swap out. You can even use them for compression only. After following the instructions my feet feel much better! These really do help and fit decently in a few pairs of my shoes. I’d recommend these just make sure you read the instructions before you get started!

Depending on your desired compression, you can make it tighter or not and it fastens easily on the top. Once on, it felt comfortable to walk around in and it really helped alleviate my foot pain. Overall, this is a really nice and handy brace to help ease foot discomfort and pain.
